Leading a session

The 3-4-5 aspects of leaders ranging from curriculum implementation principal to essential leadership brought to for the expected roles of the school leaders. The 38 school leaders built their confidence after going through a leading change session. Coupled with other school heads who joined them a total of 76 school heads explored the Professional records required and how to access the quality of the documents. This prepared them for a modelling session where teachers delivered the lessons while the School leaders observed and gave feedback.

A teacher modelling a competence enhanced lesson being observed by school leaders for feedback.

There was a very engaging and informative session when the school leaders and the teachers engaged in a discussion after the modelling.

This build the schools focus on what they intend to do. They finally develoment an action plan which will be finalised when they meet their colleagues back in school. It was an insightful session based on the feedback I received from the school leaders.
